Where do you ship?
I ship anywhere in the continental US for free over $50. Hawaii, Alaska, and international: rates calculated at checkout. Every order leaves my studio in Fort Mill within 24 hours.
How long does the tea stay fresh?
About six months from the date on the pouch, kept in an airtight container away from heat, light, and moisture. Loose-leaf is more forgiving than tea bags — it stays drinkable a long time.
Do you offer wholesale or café accounts?
Yes. I work with cafés, restaurants, hotels, and shops — minimums are friendly. Write to wholesale@creativenest.space and I'll send a lookbook + price list within a day.
What if I don't love it?
Write us. We'll either swap the pouch for another blend or refund you, no questions, within 30 days.
Are these gluten-free / vegan / decaf?
All our teas are vegan and gluten-free. Most are caffeinated (blacks & greens); herbals and rooibos are naturally caffeine-free. We don't currently offer decaffeinated versions.
