Bonjour Mocha Loose-Leaf Tea

Bonjour Mocha is a love letter to Northern France — a region where coffee was reinvented out of necessity and became something tender in the process. During lean winters, chicory root stood in for coffee beans, and what began as scarcity became a ritual all its own: bittersweet, earthy, quietly comforting.  

Roasted chicory brings a deep, coffee-like warmth without the bitterness of espresso. Cocoa nibs melt into that base with a soft, unsweetened chocolate murmur — like the last bite of a pain au chocolat shared between two people who aren't in a hurry. Cinnamon curls through as the blend's slow exhale, warm and a little smoky. And dandelion root, the same humble field flower that lines the roadsides of Nord-Pas-de-Calais, grounds it all in something honest and unpretentious.

This is a cup you make when you have nowhere to be — steam fogging the window, someone's hand finding yours across a small café table with the whole day still ahead.

Steeping Instructions: This tea contains trace levels of caffeine. Steep at 212° for 1-3 minutes.
